Huh? Compete with who...what? NO WAY!!! My Competition is with Destiny.

...but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.YOU...yes you have been given an assignment and it is up to YOU to carry it out. So many times we look to the left and we look to the right while we are running our course. This only distracts us and takes our eyes OFF the Prize. We wanna measure ourselves against Johnny and the Jones' but what we may not know is that neither of them are walking their their purpose so...to have OUR standard against theirs is Counter-Productive and is also leading us off course. Let's just say that they ARE fulfilling their Call...ok...but it's NOT your call and to try to size yourself up to something that isn't even in the equation is frivolous and will not lead you to your desired path.
We DO have a competition that we are engaged in...but it is not with our brother or our sister...it is with our very on destinies. Our race ought to be run with OUR CALL in mind.
- Are we on track?
- Are we making the appropriate strides that will eventually lead us to our eternal finish line?
- Are we focused on the predestined goal or have we looked at our neighbor too long that we have forgotten about OUR path?
GET FOCUSED...and get in YOUR God-given Lane! You...beloved...have an assignment to carry out and it is unique to you. Your hand was DESIGNED to hold to Your OWN Plow.
The BAR is Raised and NO LONGER will you be able to offer any excuse
so...overthrow them ALL!
You gotta JUMP HIGHER...LEAP FARTHER...RUN FASTER!
THERE IS A NEW STANDARD LIFTED FOR YOU!
